Carriage

All deliveries are made by either Business Post or Quintal Healthcare transport on a 48 hour delivery. Carriage is charged based on the weight of the goods delivered.

Liability

All deliveries are shipped fully insured and in the unlikely event that your purchase goes missing or is damaged in the post, please contact us within 28 days to arrange for a full refund or replacement.

Returns & Faulty Goods

Please Note: We recommend the use of Royal Mail Special Delivery to return products to us. This provides an insured method of carriage with tracking and destination receipt signature. No responsibility or refund can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us.

Returns (non-faulty goods)

You have the right to return your goods for a full refund within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Items for return must be unused and in its original packaging. A refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the purchase. All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of return. Refunds cannot be made for postal charges incurred by ourselves or by you when returning the goods to us. A Return Authorisation number must be obtained from our technical support department prior to return. This can be obtained by contacting technical support on 0845 257 1717.

Returns (faulty goods)

If you suspect your product to be faulty within 28 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email to obtain a Return Authorisation number. Contact technical support on 0845 257 1717 or send an email to info@quintal.co.uk
